What do the symbols mean ?

Look out for these three:

and information for home use.

 Chef hat symbol

Chefs' Hat. Our catering area also with numerous recipes but these serve ten. There
is even an on-line portion computer to enable chefs to increase or decrease recipe
serving sizes to suit requirements. Plenty of hints and tips too for anyone in the
catering trade.

 Newspaper symbol

It includes a virtual tour and a free download service for editorial use.

How does the on-line portion computer work?

USA Rice makes it simple for you. Although all the recipes in our catering library
serve ten people we know that you may want to adjust the serving numbers. So all
you have to do is go to the 'portion field' and enter the desired number of servings.
Click on ENTER and the ingredients quantities will automatically adjust in line with
your needs.

The on-line portion computer will let you adjust servings from 1 - 9999. Please note
that the on-line portion computer only works with the metric measures shown, imperial
measures will remain for ten servings.
